Media Angel Private Membership Association Agreement

  • Private Membership Association, or PMA, is a legal entity in good standing that functions in the private domain (outside the public domain). This means that it exists not for the purpose of optimizing profit, but for the purpose of supporting a community (membership) around core values and interests. Other examples of PMA's you may be familiar with are: NAACP, The BAR Association, The American Medical Association & many more*.

    A “PMA” is an organizational structure that guards the rights of its members to intuitively decide what’s best for their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. It also offers protection for members and the community, by ensuring that all participants agree to core values and ethical conduct as a condition of membership.

    In this case, the values include curiosity, mutual support, care and love. Ethics include honesty, playfulness, and respect.
