WEAPONIZED EMPATHY: HOW PATHOLOGICAL ALTRUISM FUELS BAD DECISIONS. Sometimes helping people actually hurts them. That’s called pathological altruism—you want to do good, but you wind up making things worse. Bad actors can make goodhearted people accept harmful solutions by tapping into their empathy. This becomes evident when you examine topics such as COVID, the climate debate, equity, and other hot-button issues. Understanding both how our minds work and how they are readily manipulated is how we become unherdable.
Rob Schläpfer is a social science educator who’s spent over a decade conducting classes and community conversations to bridge Oregon’s deep political divide. A former pastor, professor, and publisher, he’s taught critical thinking, civics, and cultural studies for over four decades. He created the Oregon Education Project to promote high-quality American Education.
Margaret Anna Alice has been a popular blogger since early Covid time writes about global politics, health, psychology, language, human rights, civil liberties, philosophy, history, and culture as she counterbalances her exposure of dark topics such as propaganda, tyranny, and democide with empowering solutions aimed at helping people. Margaret is best-known for her viral poem Mistakes Were NOT Made with millions of shares and hits.
The Brownstone Institute has been helping start supper clubs like this around the country. Several of us here in Ashland felt inspired to take on the task to rebuild real community, have honest conversations, and find our people again. We meet each month in an elegant setting to enjoy getting to know each other. There will be a time for meet & greet, followed by dinner and a speaker. We invite you to join us in this new adventure.

The Reality of Human Sex Trafficking: Insight and Prevention with Rebecca Bender
NOTE: This event is created by First 5 Siskiyou; we are helping to promote it because we believe in this work.
Join us for a powerful training with Rebecca Bender, a nationally recognized expert and survivor-leader in the field of human trafficking. Her session provides a clear, practical understanding of how trafficking really happens, the vulnerabilities traffickers exploit, and the warning signs communities often miss. Through real-world insights and survivor-informed startegies, participants learn how to identify risk, respond appropriately, and strengthen safety for youth and families. This training equips professionals and community members with tools to prevent exploitation and support survivors with dignity and care.
STAND UP for Cognitive Rights! Supporting activist Liv Renner
⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
“Let Em Know” will stand as a regular protest and march every other month until our cognitive liberties are firmly established against the unlawful and inhuman covert torture with Direct Energy Weapons and advanced surveillance technology.
I’m hosting the first one on October 26th, 2026. This will be the Day I show the community courage to speak 🗣️ up against this crime against humanity. Our voices must be heard — it’s not just about us who are currently surviving the 24/7 Harasment with Microwave auditory Effect, acoustic heterodyning, etc. —- it’s about everyone who may be next, vulnerable people and children.
WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE.
We have to have the courage to speak up. Calmly and courageously.
No more gaslighting the public about what is happening. Nothing is private anymore. You’re at risk. EVERYONE.
We must make changes to policy and firmly establish strong foundations for cognitive liberties and human rights.
I wouldn’t have ever understood what was truly happening in the world if I hadn’t become a victim of Covert torture with Weapons Technology. To me it is a blessing. I will be strong to stand up for those who are more vulnerable or tired —
I’m tired of living a double life.
I will do what it takes. Whatever it takes to expose these crimes. Will you join me? 🧠 - Liv Renner
Meaningful Movie Night: ‘Narcoslaves’: Migrant workers face abuse on Oregon's cartel-run, illegal pot farms
'Narco slaves': Migrant workers face abuse on Oregon's cartel-run, illegal pot farms
Last year, Oregon lawmakers agreed the problem with illegal pot farms is out of control, recognizing the cartels had infiltrated the industry and migrants were being trafficked to work the fields. This form of human trafficking is also a current issue in Jefferson State/NorCal too!
But help can’t come fast enough. Currently, 21 states and Washington, D.C., have legalized the recreational use of marijuana. Some advocates say it needs to be decriminalized nationally to prevent cartels from smuggling cannabis to buyers in states where it’s still illegal.
Movie, lively & respectful discussion to follow.
Space is limited; RSVP to register at info@soaarfree.org.
Mystery Movie Night: FrankenSkies
Do you believe in “chemtrails,” “contrails” (or both)? Let’s explore this together in a Mystery Movie Night & Lively Discussion
“FRANKENSKIES: HE WHO CONTROLS THE WEATHER, CONTROLS THE WORLD.”
“FrankenSkies is an 80-minute social change documentary regarding the Solar Geoengineering/Chemtrail agenda that affects every living being on earth. The struggle of bringing awareness to this subject, despite the obstacles of a socially engineered populace and the military industrial complex with its endless resources, is palpable in this awakening truth feature.
An impeccably timed eye-opening exposé, the film reveals the campaign to normalize chemical cloud formations via atmospheric aerosol dispersals.
Up against a normalization timetable encompassing a controlled media and an indoctrinated educational and political system, activists ask the question:
A shocking informative film on climate engineering, frequency control and CIA manipulation, the film’s narrative unfolds through a historical timeline of experimentation on humanity, bringing us to a modern-day laboratory that encompasses the air we breathe and dictates when and where the sun shall shine, or not…” —https://frankenskies.com

NO Data Center in Mount Shasta
We joined dozens of concerned citizens from across the county and across state lines (we met an activist from Ashland who came down to stand for the earth against the data center proposal) at the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors meeting in Yreka. We were told there is no active data center proposal for Mount Shasta, and the county Board is well aware of public sentiment: No Data Centers!
Good news, good outcome! WE ARE EARTH PROTECTORS and LAND PROTECTORS!
NO War in My Name - Mt. Shasta
NO WAR IN MY NAME: You are invited to a public demonstration set for this coming Saturday, December 6th 9am in front of the former Rite Aid on Lake Street in Mt. Shasta, CA USA. About 1 hour. Thanks to caring neighbors, we will gather!
