When everyone is safe, we heal faster together.
SOAAR UPLIFT GROUPS*
We offer healing groups for survivors of Organized Extreme Abuse.
Each group has two qualified professional facilitators to ensure safety for all.
SOAAR Uplift groups consist of four modules, “Foundations of Self-Love,” “Community of Choice,” “Grieve and Relieve,” and “Advanced Intimacy.” As comfort, progress and readiness are demonstrated in Foundations of Self-Love and Community of Choice modules (8 weeks each), members may become eligible for participation in the more intense and ongoing Grieve and Relieve (memory processing) and Advanced Intimacy process groups. Advanced Intimacy group is for couples and individuals in romantic relationships, or those actively pursuing them.
Foundations of Self-Love and Community of Choice groups include recommend homework each week. All participants must have supportive counseling/coaching in addition to group, with a trusted provider - and ideally with a team of care!
Fee: $75 per week, sliding scale fee available. Contact us below for more details.

Advanced Intimacy
Advanced Intimacy groups are for couples and individuals in - or who want to be in - romantic relationships. This includes survivor-survivor and survivor-ally pairings.
Here, we explore the unique challenges and rewards of sharing the pleasure of partnership in an OEA recovery context. For those seeking intimacy, we review safe plans for dating and closeness.
Supportive, gentle feedback and discussions.
Module 3:
Grieve and Relieve
Ongoing collective support to identify and transform symptoms of extreme trauma into a healthy “grief & relief” process.
Grief & Relief groups build on the awareness created in Foundations, using our Personal Empowerment Plans and Community of Choice Maps to explore areas where we need more support to resolve traumatic injuries that block our progress.
In Grieve and Relieve groups, we courageously explore painful memories in the context of organized extreme abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, holding space for diverse, multi-generational experiences of Torture-Based Mind Control, exploitation of psionic gifts, Targeted Interference (TI), and Satanic or other forms of occult ritual abuse.
